Shipping within Spain
All deliveries within Spain will be shipped via different parcel carriers depending on the zone. Deliveries to Spain and the Balearic Islands are executed by Nacex, deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are carried out through Correos

All european shipments will be delivered via ASM, for the rest of the world Correos or DHL. The different shipping costs will be detailed in the shopping cart once the designated country and postcodes are selected.
Shipping costs by default are 39,99€. It is possible that you may have to pay extra when shipping as the final amount may vary depending on volume and weight. If the cost is extra, we will notify you of the total difference to be added via email. For now this is the only method as we cannot calculate precisely the final weight and volume.
The time difference and the stock status are main factors of shipping period, in some case we can ship on the next day of your purchase, but in other cases we need more time as parts may have to be ordered from the manufacturer, we would appreciate your understanding.
Where is your order?
The Nacex tracking service enables you to pinpoint the location of our package at any point in time via http://www.nacex.es/irHome.do, only for deliveries within Spain
If at the time of delivery you are not available at the designated address, the parcel carrier will leave a notice and will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date.
If when the package is delivered there are visible defects or signs of damage caused in transport, or in case of a mistake of the delivered package, you must contact partsss.com (through our customer service email address email@example.com) in the following 72 hours from receiving the package to arrange a return of the affected product or products and with this the replacement of such or a refund of the amount paid for the product.
The client is responsible for customs costs and taxes associated with the designated country of the package.
The carrier or shipper can charge the customs costs and/or taxes of the delivery associated with the designated country when delivering the package.
Countries outside the European Community DO NOT INCLUDE customs costs and can be subject to additional tax charges.
Partsss.com IS NOT responsible for the clients errors during the selection of the specific motorbike parts to be replaced. Nevertheless, if in doubt when selecting a product, partsss.com will be at your disposal to advise you during the selection of the product either via our telephone +00 34 902 03 02 28 or emailing queries to firstname.lastname@example.org, to ensure the correct choice when selecting a replacement.
The customer will always be responsible for shipping charges when returning a product, unless the product is in poor condition or deteriorated which will have to be stated on the dispatch note.
