Applicable regulation
This is a commercial electronic contract and will be governed by Spanish legislation, and in particular will be applicable to Law 34/2002, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and in accordance with the Civil and Commerce codes, Law 7/1996, of January 15, of Ordination of Retail Trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, of General Conditions of Contracting and Law 7/1995, of March 23, of Credit to Consumption.
The user accepts these General Conditions of Contract (GCC), which must be accepted before confirming the purchase, in such way the company will not file the electronic contract. In any case, these GCC will be permanently accessible from the www.partsss.com website.
The contract is formalized in the Spanish language and has been translated to English, in accordance with these GCC.
The offers will have the validity that is specified in each case on the www.partsss.com website.
The purchases made on www.partsss.com are subject to Spanish legislation.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, as the case may be, will be aware of the matter, will be those established by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which is addressed, in the case of final consumers, to the place where the obligation is fulfilled or that of the domicile of the buying party. In the event that the buyer is a company or professional, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
- Contract / Order Process
You can place your order via our website www.partsss.com. All orders must be carried out online and cannot be processed via telephone, email or WhatsApp.
After filling in the mandatory data and submitting the order request, your purchase will be registered in our database. To place an order, you must accept our terms of sale and the data protection policy. By clicking the "Carry out purchase" button, you confirm the registration of said order in our database; this confirmation does not represent acceptance of the order. The contract becomes valid upon receipt of the payment for the order.

We offer two payment alternatives.
Credit card and PayPal
Our website has the official stamps of Visa, AMEX MasterCard, PayPal and VeriSign; these respect all guarantees; comply with current legislation and guarantee complete payment security.
What is Verified by VISA?

Shipments within the Spanish peninsula or Portugal

Shipments to the Balearic Islands
- 48/72h Shipping Service to the address you supply us with, cost of € 9.99 via Correos Express.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla
-These will be sent via Correos Express. The default shipping cost will be € 19.99 for the Canary Islands and for Ceuta and Melilla. This may vary when shipping depending on the dimensions and final weight of the shipment. In these cases, you will be informed of the difference to be paid and the available payment methods. In cases where the shipment is considerably more expensive, we will also offer the possibility of shipping by ordinary Post. The delivery period will be approximately one week taking into account customs procedures.

International Shipping
Within the European Union
Shipments to countries within the European Community will be sent via UPS with a default cost of between € 15.99 and € 18.99 depending on the courier you choose. Delivery within 3-7 days from the moment shipping.

Countries outside the European Union
Shipments to countries outside the European Community can be sent through the Post Office or UPS, thus being the customer's choice.
International shipping has a default cost of 49.99 €. Since our website cannot calculate the dimensions and the final weight, it is possible that the final cost of shipping varies according to these. In the unlikely case your order exceeds the 49,99 € shipping cost, we will let you know the difference to be paid and the available payment methods. The delivery time will depend on each country and this may vary between 1 and 4 weeks.

Please note that we prepare orders to be shipped until 5pm, so if you place an order one business day after that time, the expected delivery time will start counting from the next business day. Likewise, if there is a weekend in between, the delivery time is interrupted until the next business day, since our courier agencies do not make deliveries on weekends.
Orders are shipped packed and duly protected, with each part in its original packaging. Inside the packages we include packing paper to avoid gaps and to cushion the movement of the pieces inside the package.
You can track your order by accessing your Partsss account, where you will get real-time information about the corresponding status of your order (Pending Payment, Payment Done, Order in Process, Sent, Returned, and Cancelled). - Returns Policy & Advice
Our company offers a period of 14 calendar days having received the order to request a return or notify of any possible error. In order to return a product, you must notify us within 14 days from the delivery of the order. You can contact us regarding returns via the following means:

In order to return an order or product, we ask you to voluntarily inform us of the reason for which you wish to return said item. If it is an error on our behalf, to avoid any kind of inconvenience on both sides; for order within Spain we will be the ones who will pick up the merchandise from your address or agreed address. For orders from other countries you must send us the part via the courier that best suits you and the corresponding amount will be refunded within in the specified refund period, for this you must provide us with the shipping invoice as proof of cost. If it is an error occurred when choosing the part or that could not be verified as the frame nº was not supplied, as request and recommend when carrying out the order to avoid errors; it will be you who will have to send us the part via the courier that suits you.
Please use our shipping packaging. Protect items from damage. Spare parts must be ready for shipment in their original condition. In case of damage due to improper handling or poor packaging on return, we reserve the right to claim compensation. Transport companies will only accept items with sufficient packaging.
When the merchandise is in our possession and its status has been verified, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Orders or spare parts returned will NOT be refunded under the following conditions:
- Returned items used or in poor condition.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of notice. Whether for obsolete or discontinued items, orders cancelled voluntarily, and in the case of item returns; from the moment of reception at our facilities.
- Internet Portal and Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the website meets your requirements and that it is available at all times without interruption and without errors. The use of the website will be done at your own risk; we do not assume any responsibility especially in relation to the results that may be obtained through the use of the internet and for the accuracy of the information obtained in the framework of the internet.
Guarantees
The warranty for spare parts from www.partsss.com is defined by the manufacturer. In case of unexpected problems with the product, the steps you must follow to start the process are the same as in the case of returns:
- Send us an email to contacto@partsss.com indicating that you want to manage a guarantee, along with the order number, product to be returned and the corresponding explanation.
- We will organize a parcel pick-up with Correos Express at the address you provide us (applicable within the Spanish peninsula). For orders from other countries you must send us the part via the courier that best suits you and the corresponding amount will be refunded within in the specified refund period, for this you must provide us with the shipping invoice as proof of cost.
- Once we have received your package, we will send it to the technical service of the corresponding manufacturer of the spare part so it can be tested and verified. The manufacturer will issue a report within a month that we will send you. If this is favourable and the problem is due to a defect of origin or hidden vice, you will receive, depending on your choosing; a replacement part or a refund of the amount of the order within a maximum of 14 days.
- Internet Portal and legal guarantee
The website is offered in the design that we consider appropriate. We do not guarantee that the website responds to your requirements and that it is available at all times without interruption and without errors. The use of the internet portal will be done at your own risk; We do not assume any responsibility especially in relation to the results that can be obtained through the use of the internet portal and the accuracy of the information obtained in the framework of the portal.

If this is favourable and the problem is due to a defect of origin or hidden defect, you will receive the amount through the same channel for which you made the payment in a maximum of 14 days or we will generate a new order, depending on your preference.
- Information - Register
To register on our website you will have to provide some of your personal information such as your name and address. This data will be stored in our database and can be changed later from "My Profile". After registering, you will receive a password and a Nº for your account by email. You should make sure that nobody has access to your password or account. Both contractual parties may cease with the account at any time without having to explain. For our part, at the time of deleting an account all stored data will be deleted.
- Protection of intellectual property
The creative content of the website, for example, texts, photographs, graphics, trademarks and videos as well as the database, are subject to the protection of copyright law and other protection rights.
